Founded in 2012, CHOICE Employment Services has been intentionally building stability-driven Supported Employment across Iowa for over a decade.
CHOICE Employment Services supports individuals with disabilities in achieving Competitive Integrated Employment through our Adaptive Stability Employment Model™ (ASEM™), a structured, stability-driven approach designed for long-term success in community workplaces.

14 Years of Stability & Impact
We provide Telehealth/Virtual services across the entire state of Iowa. On-site services are provided in: Winneshiek, Allamakee, Howard, Clayton, Fayette, Chickasaw, Story, Polk, and Dallas.
