Regional Directors at CHOICE

At CHOICE Employment Services, Regional Directors (RDs) serve as the operational leaders of Supported Employment in their communities.

They ensure that services are delivered professionally, consistently, and in alignment with our Adaptive Stability Employment Model™ (ASEM™).

Regional Directors oversee both consumer outcomes and staff performance protecting employment stability at every level.

Leadership by Design

When CHOICE was established in 2012, we intentionally built a Regional Director model to ensure professional oversight, localized accountability, and stability-driven employment outcomes. This leadership structure remains central to how we operate today.

Our organizational design reflects our belief that employment stability requires active leadership not passive case management.
