Supported Employment helps individuals with disabilities find and keep real jobs in the community.
These are Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) positions, meaning individuals earn competitive wages, work alongside coworkers without disabilities, and have access to the same opportunities for advancement and inclusion as any other employee.

What We Do at CHOICE
CHOICE Employment Services provides person-centered Supported Employment designed to help people not just get jobs, but keep them.
Through our Adaptive Stability Employment Model™ (ASEM™) we combine Adaptive Employment Coaching™ and Stability-Driven Supported Employment™ to create individualized, real-world support that adapts to both the consumer and the workplace. Our services include career exploration, job development, on-site job coaching, employer partnership, communication training, workplace skill development, and long-term employment stabilization.
We work alongside consumers, families, employers, and funding partners to build lasting employment success rooted in independence, professionalism, and next generation CIE thinking.
