A Job Coach provides structured, individualized support to adults with disabilities within community workplaces. This role includes skill-building, workplace communication support, collaboration with employers, and promoting long-term employment stability. Job Coaches are adaptive, observant, and consistent. The role requires professionalism, sound judgment, and clear communication.

As a Job Coach, you are expected to:
