James is a very kind and hardworking guy who loves to talk about his favorite video games and shows. James works three days a week at Walmart in Decorah. He pushes carts, does carryouts, empties the cans and bottles, and many other tasks his managers assign to him. James is an independent guy who knows his job very well. He is very motivated and keeps himself busy throughout his shift. Leah Dahlquist, Region 1 Director, stated she was very proud of James as he is completely self sufficient from his community job.
